Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Should have a total 12+ years of deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS and Oracle Cloud ERP offerings. Should have a good knowledge on Cloud HCM domain such as Core HR, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits and Cloud ERP domain such as General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets Must have played a role of Presales Solutioning Architect, providing Solutions for customers Designing and implement solutions for multiple industry using Oracle SaaS Cloud and PaaS Cloud Must have performed Cost / Price estimations / Licensing and provide Strategic and Tactical Solutions for customer’ RFP/RFI Oracle Cloud HCM / ERP Functional/Technical knowledge Advising Customers about IT architecture and their respective Oracle product components Should possess excellent Communication and presentation skills to interact with Customer's CxO teams and Procurement teams Develop USPs/Value Additions for the Oracle Cloud service offering sales.
