About The Opportunity

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care in your specialty—perform assessments, diagnostics, procedures and follow-up for inpatients and outpatients.
• Undertake specialty-specific surgeries and interventions (e.g., phacoemulsification, neurosurgical procedures, laparoscopic gynecologic surgery) with adherence to hospital protocols and audit standards.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging or collaborate with Radiology for accurate reporting; ensure timely communication of critical results.
• Manage critically ill patients in ICU (for intensivist) including ventilator management and coordination of organ support; escalate as required and maintain clear handovers.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives (infection control, morbidity & mortality reviews).
• Supervise, mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior doctors, RMOs, nursing staff and allied clinicians; maintain accurate medical records and compliance with hospital documentation standards.

Preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with endoscopic neurosurgery or interventional radiology support
• Prior exposure to NABH-accredited hospital workflows or clinical governance roles
  

Qualifications

• MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB/FCPS or equivalent) in the advertised specialty.
• Valid medical registration with the National/State Medical Council.
• Clinical experience in a hospital setting as a consultant or senior resident preferred; demonstrable procedural experience for surgical roles.
