Specialist Doctors / Consultants – Multispecialty Hospital (Ophthalmology, Neurosurgery, Gynaecology, Radiology, Intensive Care, RMO)
About The Opportunity
A leading multi-specialty tertiary care provider in the private healthcare sector serving Chhindwara and surrounding districts of Madhya Pradesh. We deliver inpatient, outpatient, surgical and critical-care services across ophthalmology, neurosurgery, women’s health, diagnostic imaging and intensive care. We are expanding our clinical team to strengthen specialty care and emergency coverage at a well-equipped on-site hospital facility.Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care in your specialty—perform assessments, diagnostics, procedures and follow-up for inpatients and outpatients.
- Undertake specialty-specific surgeries and interventions (e.g., phacoemulsification, neurosurgical procedures, laparoscopic gynecologic surgery) with adherence to hospital protocols and audit standards.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging or collaborate with Radiology for accurate reporting; ensure timely communication of critical results.
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU (for intensivist) including ventilator management and coordination of organ support; escalate as required and maintain clear handovers.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives (infection control, morbidity & mortality reviews).
- Supervise, mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior doctors, RMOs, nursing staff and allied clinicians; maintain accurate medical records and compliance with hospital documentation standards.

- Phacoemulsification
- Neurosurgical microsurgery
- Laparoscopic gynecologic surgery
- Transvaginal ultrasound
- CT interpretation
- MRI interpretation
- PACS
- Ventilator management
Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with endoscopic neurosurgery or interventional radiology support
- Prior exposure to NABH-accredited hospital workflows or clinical governance roles
Qualifications
- MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB/FCPS or equivalent) in the advertised specialty.
- Valid medical registration with the National/State Medical Council.
- Clinical experience in a hospital setting as a consultant or senior resident preferred; demonstrable procedural experience for surgical roles.
