Job Description

Kayalas Private Limited is hiring an experienced OPT Recruiter to support our US IT Staffing operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates with OPT and other US work authorizations for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD candidates
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and internal databases
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and visa eligibility
• Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, and prime partners
• Submit candidate profiles and follow up on interviews and feedback
• Support candidates through interview preparation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in US IT / OPT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US visas and OPT process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet hiring targets and work independently
• Willing to work in US night shifts
