We are looking for an OPT Recruiter who can identify and onboard skilled IT consultants for marketing under visa categories such as H1B, OPT, and CPT. The role involves building and maintaining strong rapport with consultants, clearly explaining the company’s marketing process and policies, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the engagement.

The recruiter will closely follow up with the marketing team regarding ongoing submissions, interview updates, and consultant status. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively manage consultant expectations and internal coordination. The role also requires good knowledge of US work authorizations, US locations, time zones, and common payment terms.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an active and ready bench, ensuring availability of consultants at all times, and continuously building a strong pipeline of qualified resources for current and future requirements.
