Job Title: Operations Manager- US Process Package: Up to 3.6 LPA Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid) Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Work from Office: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM Work from Home: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM All Saturday: Half Day Experience: 2 to 3 years Education: Any Graduate, preferably BBA/ MBA/ Management stream Client Name: Infinity Business Solutions Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing teams and processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency in workflow. Manage and coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and performance. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly. Monitor team performance, set goals, and ensure KPIs are met. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth. Provide support and guidance to employees when needed. Requirements: Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using operational and management tools. Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (office and remote).
