Ops Executive

As an Operations Executive at Aabee, you will be a key member of our travel operations team, responsible for managing end-to-end hotel reservations, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients. Your role will require strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently handle time-sensitive and complex operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage book-out cases, last-minute bookings, and special requests efficiently. - Provide expert solutions to pre-travel and post-travel inquiries within deadlines. - Make reservations for tours, including hotels, coaches, restaurants, and sightseeing. - Utilize CRM systems effectively. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of international destinations. - Negotiate with hotels directly and ensure competitive rates. - Support Key Account Managers in building complete customer itineraries. - Ensure compliance with company processes and customer service standards. Qualification Required: - 1-5 years of experience in the travel industry. - Proficiency in utilizing portals like GRN, TBO, REZLIVE, Hotels beds. - Experience in hotel negotiation. - Familiarity with CRM systems. - Ability to handle on-ground operations efficiently.
