Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international online hotel bookings, resolving tour-related issues, sold-out situations, transfers, sightseeing, and payment discrepancies.
• Manage book-out cases, last-minute bookings, and special requests efficiently.
• Provide expert solutions to pre-travel and post-travel inquiries within deadlines.
• Make reservations for tours, including hotels, coaches, restaurants, and sightseeing.
• Good experience in CRM.
• In-depth knowledge of international destinations.
• Familiarity with portals such as GRN, TBO, REZLIVE, Hotels beds.
• Negotiation with the hotels directly.
• Support

  KAMs (Key Account Managers)

  in building complete customer itineraries.
• Experienced in CRM systems.
• Support KAMs (Key Account Managers) in building complete customer itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and customer service standards.
• Good Experience in Hotel negotiation.
• Experience in TBP and GRM booked hotels.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Successfully negotiated exclusive rates in the B2B market, resulting in increased profitability.

• Demonstrated capability in handling on-ground operations to ensure hassle-free experiences for clients and garner positive feedback.
• Proficiency in utilizing portals like TBO, REZLIVE, GRN, etc., and extensive experience with multiple Destination Management across various countries.
