We specialize in biodegradable and sustainable women’s hygiene and personal care products, ensuring quality and innovation across our operations.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our daily business activities.

Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will handle day-to-day operations, coordinate with departments, manage order processing, and support overall workflow to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
This is a great role for candidates looking to build a career in Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations between production, sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
• Manage and track orders, inventory, and stock movement.
• Support logistics planning and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and assist in process improvements.
• Assist in vendor coordination, purchase follow-ups, and stock availability checks.
• Handle customer order updates and coordination with CRM/Logistics teams.
• Work closely with management for day-to-day operational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, MBA, etc.).
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or admin roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to take ownership, be proactive, and work independently.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
