Role & responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:

    Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company-provided contacts, field visit.
  • Needs Analysis:

    Interview prospective clients to assess financial situations and risks, understanding their coverage gaps.
  • Policy Sales:

    Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and premiums; prepare customized quotes and proposals.
  • Documentation:

    Prepare and process applications, forms, and policy documentation accurately and timely.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build strong rapport, maintain client records, and provide excellent service for renewals and upsells.
  • Sales Targets:

    Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
  • Field Operations:

    Travel within an assigned territory for client meetings and field visits
