Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who want to start their career in recruitment. The role involves supporting end-to-end hiring processes, engaging with candidates, and learning how to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client job requirements and work closely with senior team members
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate trackers, follow-ups, and basic documentation
Learn to meet monthly performance and closure targets
Build strong communication and negotiation skills over time

Requirements

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
Ability to work full-time from our Kolkata office
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply
