* Business development for permanent and contract manpower staffing services, Payroll
Compliance Management services, HRMS software services and training and development
services comprising of Telecom, IT, Engineering, BFSI, manufacturing, FMCG, Retail,
Ecommerce and Logistics sectors.
* Managing end to end prospect of business development activities by continuously
identifying new clients from different industries.
* Market research using various social platforms, competitor mapping, attending exhibitions
and conferences to explore potential business relationship opportunities for end-to-end HR
services.
* Responsible for commercial negotiations with clients for end-to-end HR services contract
agreements and deal closures
* Developing a good understanding with clients & building strong relationships with key
decision makers to maximize the business development and network to develop new
business from existing and new clients across India.
* Meeting clients for new business generation, account management, maintaining
relationships with existing clients for recurring business.
