Role :

1. Evaluating customer interactions

2. identifying areas for improvement

3. providing effective coaching to enhance the overall customer experience

4. Auditing Calls

5. Conducting call reviews

6. Providing necessary Feedback for improving call Quality

7. Conducting Interviews & Screening Process

Experience required:

Minimum 1 year of experience as QA in customer service of Stock broking industry

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service of Stock broking industry

Additional Skill:

Analytical skill, Worked on CQA tool, good communication skill.
