Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Team Member based in Srinagar. As part of the daily tasks, the selected candidate will oversee operations management, assist in project coordination, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting sales processes, and ensuring smooth workflow within the assigned projects. Some remote work flexibility is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, capable of problem-solving and data interpretation
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders
• Experience or aptitude in Sales to assist in business development activities
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to enhance organizational efficiency
• An ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing work conditions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or a related field
• Previous experience in EdTech or education-related sectors will be considered an advantage
