Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, based in Srinagar, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, strategize marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, manage social media activities, and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including campaign management and online advertising Strong experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies Knowledge of Web Analytics tools for monitoring and reporting marketing performance Understanding of Marketing fundamentals and trends in driving impactful campaigns Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in SEO and content marketing is a plus
