Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata, India. Responsibilities include managing the reception area, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting clients, providing outstanding customer service, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The receptionist will also assist with clerical tasks, such as handling correspondence, managing inventory, and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling receptionist duties, including greeting clients and directing inquiries professionally. Strong clerical skills, including organization, filing, scheduling, and maintaining records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Solid customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office technology and software.
