Role:

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

• 4+ years overall BPO experience

• Minimum 1 year on papers as Team Leader – Operations

• Must have handled

  large teams

  successfully
• Strong working knowledge of

  AHT, Shrinkage, CSAT

  and other operational metrics
• Excellent communication in

  English & Hindi

• E-commerce domain experience

  is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team to meet performance goals
  
• Monitor KPIs like

  AHT, Shrinkage, CSAT

  and ensure consistent improvements
• Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and accountability
