Operations Support Manager

Role Overview: As the Customer Experience Excellence, your role involves achieving high standards of customer service through effective management and operational strategies. You will focus on creating, optimizing, and enforcing new processes to improve store operations and efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational costs to improve profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining an optimal store environment for customers and staff. - Oversee administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and infrastructure enhancements to support seamless store operations. - Manage vendor relationships and agreements to ensure quality and cost-effective administrative and facility services. - Implement measures to reduce and control product shrinkage, as well as develop strategies for theft prevention and loss mitigation. - Conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance and enhance the efficiency of store operations, maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve high audit scores. - Deliver ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance team members" capabilities in store operations. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in customer service management and operational strategies. - Strong understanding of process development and implementation. - Excellent skills in managing operational costs and optimizing profitability. - Knowledge of health and safety standards and experience in maintaining an optimal store environment. - Proficiency in administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and infrastructure management. - Experience in vendor management and ensuring quality services. - Ability to develop and implement strategies for shrinkage reduction and theft prevention. - Proficient in conducting audits to enhance store operations efficiency. - Experience in training and developing team members to improve store operations capabilities.,
