As a part of the Operations Support team at Onco, you play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of the company's operations. Your primary responsibility as an Operations Support Manager is to streamline internal operations by collaborating with various functions such as business development, medical operations, technology, customers, and sales. This pivotal role demands close coordination with all departments to ensure the quality of services delivered to customers. By engaging with patients and caregivers empathetically, you will guide them through their cancer journey, collect and update medical reports accurately, and seek feedback to enhance service quality continually. Furthermore, you will interact with medical operations teams, including top oncologists, to ensure a seamless delivery of services. Your role will involve improving internal processes, implementing enhancements, and fostering efficient communication among different functions. With a focus on maintaining operational excellence, you will work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the company's growth in the healthcare industry. To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with an undergraduate degree, preferably in a medical background, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
