Working in a cross-functional environment, you will be responsible for understanding the company's vision and translating it into impactful design strategies. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will develop user scenarios, storyboards, and high-level design requirements. Your role will involve creating and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications for various customer-facing products, producing wireframes and mockups in an agile setting, and presenting design decisions effectively. By adopting a user-centered design approach, you will identify design challenges and implement innovative solutions for testing and iteration. Additionally, you will lead the UI and UX enhancement of digital customer products, particularly mobile apps, and oversee the scoping and planning of UX projects. Your creativity and ability to transform ideas into functional prototypes will drive engaging designs that resonate with users.
