As an Inside Sales Manager (Care Manager) at Onco, you play a crucial role in the company's mission to improve patient care in cancer. Serving as the primary point of contact for patients, you are responsible for educating them about Onco's offerings, driving conversions, collecting medical data, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring high-quality consultations. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the organization and contribute to the betterment of cancer care. Key responsibilities include educating patients on Onco's services, engaging in inbound sales activities, interacting with customers, collecting medical information, mapping processes, collaborating with teams to ensure quality care, optimizing operations with the tech/product team, and identifying areas for improvement in patient-facing operations. To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in science or engineering, excellent written and verbal communication skills, 6 months to 2 years of sales experience in a B2C setting, an empathetic attitude, and strong multitasking abilities.
