Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving high standards of customer service through effective management and operational strategies. Your focus will be on creating, optimizing, and enforcing new processes to improve store operations and efficiency. Additionally, you will be managing and optimizing operational costs to improve profitability and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining an optimal store environment for customers and staff. You will also oversee administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and infrastructure enhancements to support seamless store operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement new processes to improve store operations and efficiency - Manage and optimize operational costs to improve profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain an optimal store environment - Oversee administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and infrastructure enhancements - Manage vendor relationships and agreements for quality and cost-effective administrative and facility services - Implement measures to reduce and control product shrinkage - Develop and implement strategies for theft prevention and loss mitigation - Conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance and enhance the efficiency of store operations - Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve high audit scores - Deliver ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' capabilities in store operations Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in customer service and operational management - Strong understanding of health and safety standards and compliance requirements - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Effective communication and leadership skills - Knowledge of retail operations and best practices - Experience in vendor management and cost optimization - Familiarity with audit processes and SOP maintenance - Ability to develop and implement training programs for team development Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving high standards of customer service through effective management and operational strategies.
