Operations Support Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving high standards of customer service through effective management and operational strategies. Your focus will be on creating, optimizing, and enforcing new processes to improve store operations and efficiency. Additionally, you will be managing and optimizing operational costs to improve profitability and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining an optimal store environment for customers and staff. You will also oversee administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and infrastructure enhancements to support seamless store operations.
