1. Application Ownership & Point of Contact Responsible for assigned applications, ensuring stability, performance, and end-to-end support.
2. Application Hosting & Maintenance – Manage hosting environments, perform upgrades, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
3. Infrastructure Monitoring – Define, configure, and maintain monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively.
4. Business Interaction & Support – Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve issues, provide timely updates, and maintain SLAs.
5. Release & Deployment Management – Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments, patches, and version upgrades.
6. Linux & System Administration – Strong hands-on expertise in managing Linux-based environments.
7. Containerization & Middleware – Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration, and Nginx for web/application hosting.
8. Database Management – Proficiency in MySQL administration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
