The Associate Implementation will sit within Central Onboarding Team India supporting ICS. How will you make an impact in this role? Set up of the client in MYSU liaising with WS to facilitate rapid & accurate set up Liaising with internal teams including Sales, GNA, MCO, GCO, Risk, LO Coordinate internal client communication, completion & processing of Corporate Account Set ups Ensuring at work profile is set up for the customer on priority Ensure all MIS, associated products are set up correctly Establish & monitor the process at each implementation stage to provide support to Acquisition / Sales teams with client set up Provide administrative support to Leader for the implementation of new corporate card, BTA CPC & CMC sales to achieve charge volume Minimum Qualifications Strong understanding of the Commercial Card systems, and MIS tools Ability to build and leverage strong working relationships and collaborate across regional teams Strong analytical skills; Superior customer service skills Past Experience: Minimum 1- 4 years of experience in BFSI Industry Academic Background: Graduate in Commerce Functional Skills/Capabilities: Understanding of Finance Experience/ Knowledge of AML, KYC Technical Skills/Capabilities: Good knowledge of MS Excel Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Corporate Services Procedures preferred Strong administrative skills and is detail oriented Behavioral Skills/Capabilities: Enterprise Leadership Behaviors Set The Agenda: Define What Winning Looks Like, Put Enterprise Thinking First, Lead with an External Perspective Bring Others with You: Build the Best Team, Seek & Provide Coaching Feedback, Make Collaboration Essential Do It The Right Way: Communicate Frequently, Candidly & Clearly, Make Decisions Quickly & Effectively, Live the Blue Box Values, Great Leadership Demands Courage We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
