Fleet Management: Perform checks, ensure charging, cleanliness, and prime condition of our scooters. Tackle minor issues and report maintenance needs. Rider Support: Be the primary contact for riders, assisting with app usage, troubleshooting, and ensuring satisfaction. Operational Execution: Strategically relocate scooters, manage availability, and optimize fleet positioning across Bengaluru. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges, communicating effectively with the team. We're Looking For Someone Who Is:Multilingual: Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English – essential for rider and team communication. Action-Oriented: Proactive, hands-on, and thrives in field operations. Two-Wheeler Savvy: Experienced with scooters/bikes, holding a valid two-wheeler driving license. Comfortable with basic vehicle checks. Tech-Adept: Comfortable using smartphone apps for daily tasks and reporting. Flexible: Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
