Now, we’re setting up a dedicated on-site center in Indore/Jaipur, and we’re looking for an ambitious Site Lead to take charge and make it thrive.

• Lead a 100+ member team in a fast-scaling tech environment.
• Be a founding leader for OpSquad’s Indore/Jaipur operations.
• Work closely with HR, Tech, and Project heads on global AI projects.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and real impact every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance at our Indore facility.
• Supervise 100–150 data annotators and ensure consistent productivity and quality.
• Manage attendance, discipline, and workflow coordination with HR and Project Managers.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of infrastructure (systems, seating, logistics).
• Track project targets and daily progress using reporting tools.
• Act as the bridge between on-site operations and the central office.
• Handle real-time problem solving and ensure smooth project delivery.

Who You Are

• A natural people leader who can inspire large teams.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, team management, or center leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Google Suite / MS Office tools.
• Based in or around Indore/Jaipur, with flexibility for on-site leadership.
