Operations Project Manager

You will be joining the Mumbai team of STEMLearn.AI as an Operations/Project Manager. In this role, you will have diverse responsibilities ranging from executing operational tasks and projects to supporting leadership in day-to-day activities. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be crucial in ensuring efficient project delivery in the fast-paced EdTech environment. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and follow through on operational tasks and projects assigned by management. - Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations and business documents for internal and external needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. - Support in general management, project execution, and operational duties. - Handle day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks as required. Qualifications: - MBA from a reputable college (top-tier B-School preferred). - Strong foundation in general management, operations, and project execution. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace tools. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
