Operations & Process Transformation Consultant

In this role as an Operations & Process Transformation Consultant at Accenture, you will play a crucial part in driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. As a member of our Supply chain and operations practice, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for the future, with a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Be the Business/Process Architect leading whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders. - Utilize Business Architecture Framing techniques such as Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling. - Engage in Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives. - Assist in asset, accelerator, use case creation, and enhancement. - Contribute to business development initiatives and demonstrate the ability to solve complex business problems. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proven track record with BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, or market leaders in architecture space such as LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet, etc. - In-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools. - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification will be a plus. - Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying complex structures for diverse clients and colleagues at all levels.
