Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Operations Officer, located in Pune. The role involves overseeing and improving daily operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, managing resources, and ensuring efficient and seamless execution of business operations. The Operations Officer will also handle cross-functional communication, address operational challenges, and contribute to maintaining financial efficiency. General administrative support and decision-making responsibilities are also part of this role. Partial remote work arrangements are available for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating workflows and identifying areas for operational improvement
• Proficiency in operations management and finance to manage business processes and oversee cost efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Proven track record in a similar role; experience in IT or technology-focused organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
