Operations Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic operations officer to support our Airport operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a full set of inbound and outbound cargo handling procedures and activities
• Handle daily import and export documentation
• Manage freight booking with airlines
• Liaise with different internal departments for transportation arrangements
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
  

Requirements

• HKCEE OR HKDSE education level or above (fresh graduates will also be considered)
• 1-2 years’ experience in air freight forwarding or logistics services is preferred
• Good proficiency in Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications
• Flexible to work on shift schedules and irregular hours including Sundays and public holidays (no overnight shift)
• Qualified driver (class 2) is an added advantage
• Working location: Lantau Island HKIA super terminal 1
