Operations Officer

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

(List the principal duties, activities, and responsibilities for the position in descending order of importance.)

1. Controlling and Managing the activities of PWM operations at Branch.

Will manage end-to-end processing of the Account Opening forms and other transactions(as listed below) originating at the branch including scrutiny, data entry, scanning etc.

a. Trading & Demat

b. Offline Transactions

c. KYC

d. DIS Request

e. DIS Execution

f. Modification Requests

g. Demat Statement Requests

h. Issues / Complaints

i. Tracking movement of documents

j. Maintaining control of documentation storage / dispatch with proper internal controls.

2. Co-ordination with Mid Office and Jodhpur operations team for the above tasks.

3. Employee Co-ordination - Co-ordination with the RM/AM’s of the branch for the above activities

QUALIFICATION

Graduate with good knowledge of Equities / Mutual Funds.

NISM/NCFM certification any module (desired).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Minimum to Maximum)

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar environments and should have handled documents of various kinds and preferably from same industry.

Should have experience of processing the documents and maintaining reasonable control of documents.

FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Functional / Technical Skills (E.g.: Financial Accounting, Mathematical, IT etc.)

1. Computer savvy with good keyboard skills.
