Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Operations Manager with strong B2C & B2B operational experience in Recharge and Bill Payments, deep hands-on exposure to DMT, AEPS, and Micro-ATM, and practical experience in lending operations. The role requires managing high-volume transactions, partner coordination, risk controls, and regulatory compliance across payments and credit products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end B2C & B2B operations for:

Mobile/DTH/Data Recharges

Utility & Bill Payments (BBPS – ONUS & OFFUS)

Oversee DMT, AEPS, and Micro-ATM (MATM) operations

Handle lending operations, including:

Loan onboarding & KYC coordination

Disbursement & repayment operations

Partner NBFC coordination

Reconciliation and NPA/overdue tracking support

Coordinate with banks, NPCI, BBPS, NBFCs, aggregators, and switch partners

Monitor transaction success rates, settlements, reversals, refunds, and disputes

Manage reconciliation, chargebacks, and exception handling

Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, BBPS, and internal SOPs

Work closely with technology, product, risk, and compliance teams

Prepare MIS, dashboards, and operational performance reports

Ensure SLA adherence, fraud monitoring, and operational risk control

Mandatory Skills & Experience

6+ years of operations experience in FinTech / Payments / Lending ecosystem

Must have hands-on experience in:

B2C & B2B Recharge and Bill Payments operations

BBPS operational workflows & settlements

DMT, AEPS, and Micro-ATM operations

Lending operations (consumer / MSME / merchant loans)

Strong understanding of NPCI, BBPS, settlement & reconciliation flows

Experience working with NBFCs, banks, BC networks, and aggregators

Knowledge of loan lifecycle, collections coordination, and risk monitoring

Strong Excel, MIS, and reporting skills
