Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our learning center. This role is central to ensuring smooth and effective delivery of our educational programs. You’ll coordinate across students, faculty, and internal teams to ensure classes run seamlessly and everyone stays informed and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the class scheduling process- from planning and time slot creation to real-time adjustments based on availability.
• Share class links and relevant updates promptly with students to ensure they stay informed.
• Coordinate effectively between faculty, students, and internal teams to maintain uninterrupted learning experiences.
• Address and resolve issues raised by students or trainers, independently or in coordination with the relevant team.
• Track student attendance and maintain accurate batch records.
• Prepare concise reports on session progress and share important updates with the management team.
• Assist with the onboarding of new students and faculty, ensuring they have all necessary tools and information.
• Support feedback collection processes to improve course quality and delivery.

Duties and Expectations

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven experience in managing complex schedules and multitasking.
• A strong communicator who can comfortably interact with students, educators, and team members.
• Familiar with digital learning platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
• Experience in the edtech or education sector is a strong advantage.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
