Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns across multiple categories.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creators, and brand managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Build and maintain strong operational systems for tracking deliverables, timelines, and payments.
• Streamline processes using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality campaign delivery from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience:

  6 months – 1 year in influencer marketing operations.

• Background:

  Must have worked at a

  known influencer marketing agency or brand team

  (brownie points if yes ✅).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of influencer marketing workflows.
• Comfortable with digital tools, project management software, and AI-based productivity tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
