Operations Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our short-term rental units across Gurugram. This role is key to delivering a smooth and high-quality guest experience—from pre-check-in readiness to post-check-out inspections. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate caretakers and housekeeping staff to ensure consistent property standards. Manage schedules and workflows to ensure all units are clean, functional, and guest-ready before check-in. Perform thorough quality checks before guest arrival to uphold brand and service standards. Oversee routine and preventive maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Manage laundry operations—monitoring cleanliness, inventory, and availability of linens. Conduct post-check-out inspections, document property condition, and report any damages for timely repair.
