We are looking for an Operations Manager to build the operational backbone of a scaling SaaS business. This role involves driving efficiency, compliance, and growth across global operations while enabling rapid product development. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with experience in managing technology operations for small-to-mid scale organizations. The role requires partnering with executive stakeholders to align operations with business strategy, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring India-based delivery teams are aligned with global (US) operations.
• Governance & Compliance: Oversee risk management, data security, and regulatory compliance (SOC 2, ISO, PCI CJIS, readiness). Drive audits, compliance reporting, and upgrade programs.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization. Collaborate with Finance to interpret P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows. Support audits and ensure operational decisions align with accounting principles.
• Digital Transformation: Implement process automation, workflow optimization, and modern tooling to reduce manual overhead. Provide greater transparency into performance metrics and operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to execute board-level directives. Ensure operational strategies support overall business goals.
• Talent & People Management: Lead hiring, retention, and development of high-performing teams. Balance competitive compensation with organizational efficiency.
• Strategic Execution: Deliver real-time insights into KPIs, resource utilization, and bottlenecks. Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations management within technology, SaaS, or SaaS product organizations.
• Proven leadership experience in small-to-mid scale technology companies.
• Strong expertise in risk management, data security, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO, PCI CJIS).
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, optimizing resources, and driving cost efficiency.
• Experience leading digital transformation, automation, and SaaS operations.
• Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and engaging with C-level executives.
• Ability to balance global operational strategy with local India-based delivery execution.
