Operations Manager – ProStaff by Workezy Location: Lucknow Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to lead day-to-day staffing operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage client satisfaction across all ProStaff deployments. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end staffing operations (attendance, scheduling, performance tracking). Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF/ESI, and company policies. Train and groom staff for professional client deployment. Act as the point of contact for client escalations and service issues. Monitor profitability and cost efficiency of staffing projects. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in operations, manpower outsourcing, or facility management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and teams simultaneously.
