Operations Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for outbound group tour operations, including attending to customer queries and collaborating with the sales team to resolve them efficiently. They will also be tasked with preparing client proposals, presentations, and estimates, as well as negotiating with vendors and hotels. The role requires a strong command of international contracting.

Desired Skills:

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) with proven expertise in negotiation and relationship building.
• They should have in-depth knowledge of long-haul destinations such as Europe, Australia, and the USA, along with significant experience in handling corporate MICE groups.
• A robust network within the travel industry, including DMCs, vendors, hoteliers, and transporters, is essential.
• The candidate should excel in coordinating with vendors to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Additionally, they should have a substantial travel history both within and outside India and be comfortable traveling with senior executives and premium groups.
