Your Superpowers) 🚛 Logistics Leadership – Oversee and optimize Urvann’s delivery network, ensuring a seamless flow from fulfilment centers to our customers. 📦 Order Fulfillment – Ensure every plant is picked, handled and delivered with care. 📊 Process Optimization – Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks. 🤝 Vendor & Partner Management – Work closely with delivery partners, vendors, and on ground teams to keep everything running smoothly. 📈 Data & Performance Tracking – Monitor key logistics metrics, analyze performance, and implement improvements. 🚀 Team Management – Lead and motivate the operations team, ensuring they are aligned with Urvann’s goals. 💡 Problem-Solving on the Fly – Address unexpected challenges, because in logistics, surprises are the norm! What We’re Looking For ✔️ 3-6 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management. ✔️ A natural leader who can manage teams, vendors, and deliveries like a pro. ✔️ Strong analytical skills to optimize processes and improve efficiency. ✔️ The ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real-time. ✔️ Experience in e-commerce or last-mile delivery (Bonus points if you’ve handled fragile goods like plants! 🌱). ✔️ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
