Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains high standards of service, manages budgets, and leads a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of hospitality, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across all hotel departments to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with brand standards.
• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out, addressing complaints promptly and implementing improvements based on feedback.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, creating schedules, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment to boost morale and productivity.
• Department Coordination: Collaborate with department heads (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food and beverage) to streamline workflows and ensure cohesive operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Work with maintenance teams to ensure the hotel’s facilities and amenities are well-maintained and meet guest expectations.
• Guest Feedback and Resolution: Monitor guest satisfaction surveys, resolve issues, and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
• Technology Integration: Utilize property management systems (PMS), revenue management tools, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels (par levels) for linens, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Event Coordination: Oversee the setup and execution of events like weddings or business meetings to ensure guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹14,908.96 - ₹57,863.68 per month
