Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of our adventure and wildlife activity operations in Pachmarhi/Satpura.
• Manage logistics, safety protocols, and group coordination to ensure smooth and safe tours.
• Interact with guests, enhancing their experience by delivering exceptional customer service and adventure experiences.
• Curate treks, village walks, and outdoor activities with a focus on nature and eco-tourism.
• Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in adventure/wildlife activity operations.
• AMC/BMC certified and/or Wilderness First Aid (WFR) certification (preferred).
• Strong experience in logistics, safety, and group management.
• Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of trekking gear, terrain, and wilderness safety.
• Strong leadership and on-ground coordination capabilities.
• Passion for nature, wildlife, and offbeat travel experiences.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in curating treks, village walks, and outdoor dining experiences.
• Content creation skills for social media and marketing.
• Eco-tourism or wildlife background is a plus.
