Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Operations manager.

Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the toy library, manage logistics, coordinate with suppliers, supervise the operations team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities will also include strategic planning, optimizing operational processes, and managing budgets and resources efficiently. Operations Manager will play a key role in expanding the service and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strategic planning and budget management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with excel skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the educational or toy industry is a plus
