We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service, maintain top-tier quality standards, optimize efficiency, and provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: · Operational Excellence: Oversee daily café operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance. · Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively. · Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and motivated work culture. · Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, costs, and revenue to enhance profitability while maintaining excellence. · Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely procurement of ingredients and maintain optimal stock levels. · Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards at all times. · Marketing & Innovation: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the café and introduce new initiatives.
