We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to elevate our brand, expand our reach, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: · Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business expansion strategies to increase market presence and drive profitability. · Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and secure partnerships with luxury brands, corporate clients, event planners, and influencers. · Marketing & Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, curate high-end events, and launch promotional campaigns. · Customer Engagement: Analyse customer behaviour, introduce personalized experiences, and improve customer loyalty programs. · Revenue Enhancement: Develop innovative offerings, such as exclusive dining experiences, subscription models, and VIP memberships. · Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, assess competitors, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
