Urgent Hiring: Operations Manager
Location: Choolissery, Thrissur, Kerala

Tapco Build ware India Pvt. Ltd., a well-established and reputed name in the Roofing Tiles sector, is urgently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day operations, including logistics and transportation.
Role: Operations Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in operations management (Gulf experience will not be considered)
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (minimum)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience and performance)
Location Preference: Candidates from Thrissur or nearby areas
Joining: Immediate preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
Supervise and coordinate transportation, logistics, and warehousing
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery
Maintain operational documentation and reporting
Enforce discipline, drive productivity, and manage teams effectively
Candidate Profile:
Proven leadership in managing operations, logistics, and supply chain activities
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Familiarity with Thrissur and surrounding areas
Strong team management and decision-making capabilities
Must be hands-on in coordinating transportation and warehousing directly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
