Job Description

Job Summary: The Operations Manager plays a key role in establishing, maintaining, and enhancing partnerships with international universities and academic institutions. This position involves strategic collaboration, coordination of exchange and articulation agreements, and active engagement with partner institutions to promote study abroad opportunities for students. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, colleges, and international education organizations. Negotiate and manage academic partnerships, articulation agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs). Act as the primary liaison between the organization and international academic partners. Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, student support, academic advising) to ensure smooth program implementation. Coordinate with partner institutions regarding program requirements, application processes, academic credit transfers, and timelines. Represent the organization at international conferences, education fairs, and virtual events to expand global network. Monitor and evaluate partner performance and student satisfaction to ensure quality and compliance. Facilitate communication and engagement between partner faculty/staff and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of university partnerships, agreements, and communications. Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and promotional materials for stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 2+ years of experience in international education, university partnerships, or study abroad program coordination. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Proven ability to build and manage institutional relationships. Excellent organizational and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones when needed. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Show more Show less
