Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Refund & Support Executive to assist students in their study abroad journey. Responsibilities include refund follow-ups, offer letter coordination, data entry, and loan assistance. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on student refunds and offer letters Maintain accurate student records and data entry Support students with education loan documentation and coordination Communicate with universities, banks, and internal teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com or related field preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling Freshers with a learning attitude are welcome Preferred: Experience in education consultancy or student services is a plus.
