About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional to manage offer roll-
outs across our network of existing merchants. This role requires close coordination with
internal teams, strong project management skills, and a results-focused approach to ensure
campaigns go live on time and deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the merchant onboarding team to execute offers across eligible existing
merchants.
  • Align with merchant team stakeholders to identify, verify, and finalize the list of merchants for
each campaign.
  • Coordinate with the design team to obtain creatives and ensure accuracy in deployment.
  • Oversee deployment activities, ensuring timely execution across all identified merchant
locations.
  • Track campaign deployment progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate any bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution of offers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of deployments for audit and performance analysis.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed
  • 4–5 years of experience in sales ops, Program Management, Campaign execution
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Education: Any Graduate or MBA is preferred.
