We at SB eCommerce Solutions Pvt Ltd are a growing print-on-demand fulfillment service provider, specializing in customized mobile accessories. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations, streamline inventory management, and ensure the smooth execution of logistics. Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment. Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure all operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Manage the supply chain, including overseeing warehouse operations and working closely with suppliers and vendors. Track key operational metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Lead a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, ensuring high performance and motivation. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize the operational workflow. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. Basic understanding of shipping/logistics, supply chain management. Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of service in the shipping process. Handle returns, replacements, and customer complaint resolutions. Ensure seamless execution of shipping and logistics processes. Ensure effective communication with customers, resolving complaints and handling returns/replacements promptly. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, ideally in the e-commerce or print-on-demand industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics. Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Good command of the English language with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
