We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations, streamline inventory management, and ensure the smooth execution of logistics. Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment. Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure all operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Manage the supply chain, including overseeing warehouse operations and working closely with suppliers and vendors. Track key operational metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Lead a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, ensuring high performance and motivation. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize the operational workflow. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. Basic understanding of shipping/logistics, supply chain management. Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of service in the shipping process. Handle returns, replacements, and customer complaint resolutions. Ensure seamless execution of shipping and logistics processes. Ensure effective communication with customers, resolving complaints and handling returns/replacements promptly. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, ideally in the e-commerce or print-on-demand industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics. Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. With operations in India, the US, and China, our vertically integrated model spans design, tooling, printing, and last-mile fulfillment. Now, were expanding our core fulfillment setup in Faridabad and are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Head of Operations to build and lead this function. Key Responsibilities: Manage shipping operations from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods. Manage daily dispatches of eCommerce orders (B2C & B2B) via courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Amazon, etc. Coordinate with production, QC, and packaging teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Generate and manage shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, and handover manifests. Ensure on-time pickups and resolve issues with courier partners related to tracking, delays, or misrouted shipments. Maintain proper records of dispatched orders, courier slips, and delivery status. Handle return orders, RTOs (Return to Origin), and coordinate for re-dispatches as needed. Monitor and maintain inventory and packaging materials for shipping. Support in international shipping coordination, including documentation and courier booking when required. Communicate with the operations team for special shipping instructions or escalations. Preferred candidate profile : 2 - 5 years of experience in eCommerce logistics or shipping operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and capable of ensuring uninterrupted IT services for smooth business operations.
