Operations Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to sales and developing and implementing company policies. Your role will involve supervising and training employees to ensure tasks are completed according to company standards. Additionally, you will be coordinating with department heads to achieve organizational goals and improve work processes to increase productivity or reduce waste. Evaluating employee performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities to increase revenue or connect with new customers will also be part of your responsibilities. Day to day work management, stock management, and administration tasks will also fall under your purview.
